The Jerusalem District Court decided Monday to harshen the terms of Jacob Berger's sentence - the Haredi businessman accused of tax fraud, money laundering and accepting bribes. 

The decision came after Berger was caught out at a restaurant in Tel Aviv, a violation of the terms of his house arrest. 

On him, police found documents containing personal details about the prosecution and the case brought against him.
