The Movement for Quality Government petitioned the Supreme Court, Sunday, demanding that the attorney general and the state prosecutor decide whether or not to submit corruption indictments against Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman before the Knesset election in January.

The movement claims that Lieberman's candidacy for a central role in the next government, coupled with the criminal charges he could face, are causing harm to the public's faith in the government and are thwarting the aims of criminal proceedings.
