Residents of the Binyamin region north of Jerusalem will begin a protest at 3:30 p.m. Sunday against daily traffic jams in the region. Traffic is often backed up between the town of Adam and the neighborhood of Pisgat Zev in northern Jerusalem.

As part of the protest, the road will be blocked until 5:30 p.m. Parents are advised to pick up their children from school early in order to return home before the protest begins.
