Sudan's ambassador to the United Nations presented UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon with an updated report on attack against the weapons factoryin the capital Khartoum. According to arab media, the report called the attack "a dangerous Israeli aggression which constitutes a flagrant violation of the UN Charter."
