Egyptian security forces reported on Friday that the body of an Israeli that was lifted from the waters in its territory. It is believed that the man drowned in Israel and his body drifted southward. It was found on the beach in the Rafiah area, deep into Egyptian territory.

Egyptians were able to identify the man based on the documents found on him. The Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem is working to bring the body back to Israel.
