Prime Minister Hisham Kandil of Egypt said, Thursday, that Tuesday's attack on a weapons factory in Sudan was a terror attack.

In a telephone call to Sudan's vice president, Kandil said, "Egypt is opposed to any attack that harms the sovereignty and security of its sister, Sudan"
