The Moscow Menora Bank opened its gates Thursday morning with Chief Russian Rabbi Berel Lazar affixing a Mezuza to its doorpost. Israeli ambassador to Russia Dorit Goldner was also present.
The bank will be closes on the Sabbath, and has arranges a loan and interest system in adherence to Jewish Torah Law.
