Right wing activist Baruch Marzel was arrested this morning and taken for interrogation after he avoided a court hearing. He will be brought to the Jerusalem Magistrate Court for the hearing within the hour.

Marzel demands the disqualification of Justice Yaron Mintkevitch who served as his prosecutor in the past.
