A Tunisian court sentenced a senior member of the Islamic Ansar al-Sharia terror group to one year in prison on Wednesday. The terrorist was found of guilty of inciting and encouraging an attack on the U.S. embassy in the capital Tunis last month, during which four people were killed.

The man’s attorney has announced that he plans to appeal the decision.
