The head of the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council, Yair Farjun, told Arutz Sheva on Wednesday evening that the rockets that hit homes in the region earlier in the day could have resulted in loss of life.
"One of our communities was hit four times, the rockets landed on roofs, and it was a miracle that people were not injured," said Farjun.
He expressed hope that the government will act promptly and returns quiet to the region. "We will not be cannon fodder. The government should order the IDF to act all the time and intercept the terrorists,” he said.
