Poll: Orlev Edges Out Bennett in 'Jewish Home' Vote

A new poll shows Member of Knesset Zevulun Orlev receiving more votes then contender Naftali Bennett in the Jewish Home Party primaries. Minister of Science Daniel Hershkowitz, the current party head has dropped out of the race and has thrown his lot with MK Orlev.
The Jewish Home Party, known in Hebrew as Bayit Yehudi was until recently called the National Religious Party. The influential member of the government coalition that was at one point the third largest party in the country. They will hold their first ever primary elections next month. The party stands for strengthening the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria and advocating for a religious consistency.
