Israeli officials visited Uzbekistan on Monday to discuss trade, security and other matters. Anna Azari, the deputy director general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Euro-Asia Division led the delegation and met with the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan.

The Israel delegation also visited the ancient Jewish communities of Bukhara and Samarkand.
