A resident of the Palestinian Authority was stopped north of Jerusalem with eight pipe bombs in Tuesday. The incident occurred at the Qalandiya checkpoint north of Jerusalem.

The 20-year-old male suspect was arrested. The area was temporarily closed to traffic.
