Heavy rain fell in Eilat, Sunday evening, accompanied by thunder, lightning and winds. Four light poles and ten trees fell, one of them in the yard of a private home. No injuries were reported.

Flooding was reported between the Meridian and Nesichah hotels. Police were summoned to direct traffic.
