At least 10 people were killed and dozens more wounded in a car bombing Sunday morning in the Bab Touma neighborhood Damascus, Syrian media outlets are reporting. The latest killings come as UN mediator Lakhdar Brahimi is in the country to attempt to hammer out a ceasefire deal between Syrian President Bashar Assad and rebel leaders.
