Police have arrested an 18-year-old young man for online bullying that led a 16-year-old girl to attempt suicide. The young man allegedly spread intimate photographs of the girl using the Facebook social networking site, Maariv reports.

A suicide attempt in March was linked to Facebook as well. That attempt led to calls for the Education Ministry to change its rules regarding Facebook use in order to provide some oversight of students’ online activity.
