Police arrived in the village of Shvut Rachel in Samaria early Sunday morning to search the home of Jack Teitel, who admitted, in May, the murder of two Arab men and terrorist acts targeting the Israeli left, police, and missionaries while visiting Israel from the United States. He later became an Israeli citizen and briefly worked as a Shin Bet informant.
Teitel was not formally convicted, pending a determination of criminal responsibility for his acts.
