'Don't Recognize Arab Attorneys who Honored Terrorist'

The International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists (IAJLJ) has asked the United Nations to remove its recognition for a group of Arab attorneys which honored a 29-year-old lawyer from the Samarian (Shomron) Palestinian city of Jenin who blew herself up at the Maxim restaurant in Haifa, nine years ago, murdering 21 and wounding dozens of others, according to a Friday report by Kol Yisrael government radio.

In a letter to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, IAJLJ president Irit Kohn expressed horror that an organization that chose to put human rights on its flag and represent 15 Arab countries decided to honor someone who committed a crime worthy of condemnation.
