Jewish linguist and radical left-wing activist, Noam Chomsky, visited Gaza for the first time as part of a linguistics conference held at the Islamic University in Gaza City, sources in the PA reported.
"The journey to Gaza was very difficult but we finally arrived, and I saw what I wanted to see," said Chomsky, who also called on Israel to remove the blockade on Gaza. Two years ago, Israel prohibited Chomsky to enter Gaza.
