A boy about seven years old was struck by a car, Thursday afternoon, on Derekh Metzada (Massada Way) in Be'er Sheva'.

A Magen David Adom emergency medical team evacuated the boy, in critical condition, to Soroka Medical Center, but was forced to pronounce him dead en route.
