Israel's Employment Rate Hits 72.1%

Figures published recently by the Central Bureau of Statistics indicate that in 2011 the percentage of those employed between the ages of 25 - 64 was 72.1%. The average Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) country has a rate of 70.85% for the same age bracket.
The newly released figures also shod that in 2010 approximately 31% of the population were at risk for poverty.
