MK Nachman Shai (Kadima) spoke out Wednesday in opposition of calls to adopt the Levy Report, which declares Israeli settlement in Judea and Samaria to be legal under international law. “The Prime Minister is mortgaging Israel’s future, and its character as a Jewish democracy, for the sake of narrow, short-term political interests,” he accused.

“In the spirit of the Feiglinism that has hit the Likud, the state of Israel will become a binational state and abandon its Zionist founding vision,” Shai continued. “This is a bizarre, bad idea.”
