Kachlon to Leave Politics, Admits Disagreements with PM

Minister Moshe Kachlon has revealed that he will be leaving politics for the time being. In an interview with the weekend edition of Maariv, parts of which were published Wednesday, he said he would “take my resume and start looking on Google.”

Kachlon denied that his leave of absence from politics was motivated by disappointment in not having been appointed Finance Minister. “I never said a word about wanting to be finance minister,” he said.

He admitted that he has had “differences of opinion” with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, but added, “There’s no tension.”
