Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s attorneys have reportedly told him that the State Prosecution will definitely be appealing his verdict. Olmert was convicted of breach of trust but was let off on other charges, and was given a sentence that does not block his return to politics.

State Prosecution attorneys have previously publicly announced that they are weighing the possibility of an appeal.
