An official State memorial will take place Tuesday for slain Tourism Minister Rehamam Zeevi. The former general served as an advisor to Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and was a chairman of the Board of the Eretz-Israel Museum in Tel Aviv. He led the Moledet party which proposed repatriating segments of Arabic population to their indigenousness homelands. Zeevi was assassinated in 2001 by terrorists in Jerusalem's Hyatt Regency who were working as hotel staff. The memorial will take place at 3:00 PM.
