Labor Party leader Shelly Yechimovich said Monday that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was planning a “cruel” budget for Israelis. The budget he had hoped to pass, and would implement if reelected, would damage their health and their incomes.

At a Labor faction meeting Monday,  Yechimovich promised to present an alternate budget.
