The Jerusalem District Court ordered, Sunday, the release to house arrest of the last of four detainees from a recent attack on undercover policemen who posed as Arabs next to the southern Hevron Hills Jewish community of Sussiya, according to the Honenu legal-aid organization. The man was arrested Thursday evening after fleeing from the scene of the incident. On Friday, his remand was ordered extended until Monday. The ruling was appealed by Honenu but the hearing on the appeal was only heard Sunday.

A detainee released Friday was charged with being the active party in a clash with the undercover officers.
