Former Member of Knesset Avshalom Vilan has announced that he intends to return to politics. Vilan will run for a spot on the Meretz party list.

“We must rebuild the real Left in Israel opposite the fantasies of the deranged Right,” he declared. “I think my experience and energy can make a significant contribution.”
