Prof Itamar Gatti of Hebrew University explains that the low registration for Med School simply stems from the public awareness of the high acceptance demands and an unwillingness to spend registration fees for no reason. “Students prefer Business Management, Law School and Accounting, where they have better chances of acceptance. The actual number of students actually accepted to Med School has not really changed.”
