A minor accused of inciting an attack on Arab men in Jerusalem has had multiple charges added to his indictment. The new charges are publishing incitement to racism, incitement to violence, and aggravated assault motivated by racism.

The attack in question took place in downtown Jerusalem in August.  A group of Jewish teenagers attacked three young Arab men late at night. Two of the Arab men fled but one was hit repeatedly, triggering a heart condition that left him in serious condition.
