Jews rejoiced with the Torah in Isaac's Hall (Ulam Yizchak) in Hevron on Monday night. The celebration was the first of its kind at the site in many years.

Jews traditionally sing and dance with the Torah on the Simchat Torah holiday, and again the evening after the holiday.
