The Palestinian Authority has decided on a minimum wage of 1,450 shekels per month. Israel’s minimum wage is roughly three times higher, meaning that Israeli workplaces are likely to remain desirable among PA job-seekers.

PA workers’ groups were displeased by the new minimum wage, saying it is too low to support even a bare-bones lifestyle.
