Rami Levy: Too Expensive? Don’t Buy

Business mogul Rami Levy has advice for those upset by rising prices: if items are too expensive, do not buy them. “Ultimately it’s the consumer who determines the price, and the consumer needs to be smart and not buy at any price,” he told Arutz Sheva.

“As soon as the consumer does not create demand, the price will not rise,” he continued. “I say to the consumer: buy the cheaper product, not the more expensive one.”

Some food companies, including Osem, recently announced that they plan to increase the price of their products. Levy noted that some of the increases may be justified due to the rising price of fuel.
