Two young Palestinian Arabs attempted to enter the Shomron Regional Brigade base near Nablus with small explosive devices. The two came upon the gate and told soldiers they were carrying a bomb. Bomb squads were immediatly dispatched to the scene where they blew up the devices in a secure manner. 

The youths were arrested and brought in for questioning by Israeli police.
