One Israeli died and eleven were injured in a horrific car accident in the South of Israel. 

One car was driving on the highway as it swerved and collided with another car that was travelling in the opposite lane. The impact from the initial collision caused the second car to hit another car. 

The woman who died was Gali Mentsch, 38, from Rishon Letzion.
