Rabbi Zeev Chaim Lifshitz ZS"L

Rabbi Zeev Chaim Lifshitz ZS"L passed away Saturday. Rabbi Lifshitz was a resident of Jerusalem and was an esteemed rabbi, scholar and teacher. He was born in Yaffo in 1935 to Rabbi Eliezer Seidel and Rebbetzin Chana Hasha and was fortunate enough to study under the Chazon Ish ZS"L. 

Rabbi Lifshitz was the founder of Sadnat Enosh where he taught fellow educators, students and the public at large. He gave advice and counseling on subject matters such as education, family and spirituality and was thought of as an expert on familial relations. 

Rabbi Lifshitz authored the book "Existence and Destiny" about the book of Jonah and "I crawled and I was Afraid," a book about the Torah, and many more articles and scholarly papers that never saw the light of day. 

He left behind his wife, 12 children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

His funeral will be held Saturday night at 11:00pm in Beit Shemesh.
