Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met on Friday with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu over the budget and the impending early elections.
Lieberman said during the meeting that his Yisrael Beytenu party is ready to support a responsible budget but it currently appears as though it will not be possible to reach an agreement with the coalition parties on such a budget.
Lieberman added that if elections are going to be held, they should be called as soon as possible so as not to harm the government's achievements in economy and security.
