Heavy traffic was reported, Thursday evening, on Highway 60 between the Binyamin region Jewish community of Adam and the Arab village of Hizme, just outside the northern-Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev.

Motorists were advised to take alternate routes.
