Ikea has come under fire for deleting images of women from furniture catalogues distributed throughout Saudi Arabia. 

The Swedish paper Metro compared images from the company's Swedish and Saudi catalogues and found that the women had been airbrushed out of the pictures. 

The company issued an apology, expressing "regret" over the incident.
