Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said, Thursday, that the debate over Iran's nuclear development program has reached a decisive stage and called for a diplomatic solution.

Addressing the United Nations General Assembly after Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu called for drawing a red line on 90-percent completion of a nuclear weapon by the Tehran government, Yang said, "The involved parties should remain committed to a diplomatic solution and start a new round of talks as soon as possible."
