Lapid Supports PM's Stance at the UN

The Yesh Atid (There's a Future) party, headed by Yair Lapid, reacted to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's speech at the United Nations, Thursday, by saying, "Netanyahu's remarks made clear what everyone of authority around Netanyau knew, that there's still a window of opportunity for stopping Iran's nuclear program."

At the same time, the party statement said it viewed with concern the condition of relations between the United States and Israel, and the continuing sharpening of the conflict between them. Chairman Lapid said coordination of positions with Israel's biggest ally is an essential component of stopping the Iranian nuclear project.
