Emergency services reported, Thursday afternoon, that the leak of ammonia gas in laboratories of the Hebrew University at the Hadassah Ein-Kerem Hospital has been stopped. Personnel from the fire department's hazardous-materials unit aired out the facility.
Before the situation was brought under control, one person was lightly affected by the gas and a hundred faculty members and students were evacuated.
