A vehicle was set on fire in Kibbutz Afek in northern Israel with the driver inside on Wednesday evening.

Volunteer paramedics from the Carmel branch of the Ichud Hatzalah organization who arrived on the scene had to pronounce the driver dead. A volunteer with the ZAKA organization told Arutz Sheva that the driver likely set his own car on fire.
