Hevron's Peace House to Be Approved

Long time Land of Israel activist and Peace House owner Moshe Zar predicted that the Defense Ministry would give zoning approval for the Peace House in Hevron in the Judea region. Last week courts ruled that the property belonged to the Jewish residents and the Tal Company. The courts ruled that the Arab resident of the Palestinian Authority who sued, had no claims. The Arab resident was ordered to pay a fine.
Several years ago the Jewish residents were forcibly evicted by the Israeli government.
"Thirty years ago I opened several Jordanian companies including Tal and registered with the Jordanian Registrar of Companies in Ramallah. Peace House is registered to Tal. I'm the owner and the manager," Zar stated.
He said Arab who sold the house did not know he was captured on video, "The seller was filmed without his knowledge. You see him get the money, count the money and everything voluntarily. Then he came and said he had canceled the deal and returned the money."
All Jewish property in Judea and Samaria must be granted approval by the Defense Ministry.
