Israel's Teva Pharmaceuticals Strikes Deal with Bayer

Israeli pharmaceutical company Teva has struck a deal to sell its American based animal care business to Bayer.
The deal is reported to be for at least $145 million shekels, according o Globes business news. Bayer is an international company that deals with health care products. 
Business Development VP Yitzchak Krinsky stated, "we are pleased with the sale of our animal healthcare business to Bayer HealthCare, a leader in animal healthcare."
