An Arab man who ran over a Jewish man in Samaria will remain in custody. The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court extended the remand by five days of Arkan Badir, the main suspect in the vehicular homicide of Lior Farhi, a resident of Shaarey Tikvah. Three additional suspects were released to house arrest.
