A young Jewish man who visited Uman, Ukraine for Rosh Hashannah was stabbed by a local man, the hareidi news outlet Kikar Shabat has reported. The man was treated by ZAKA and Ichud Hatzala volunteers and taken to a local hospital, where he is in light condition.

The motive for the attack is unclear. Local police are investigating.
