Russia is reportedly planning to threaten to block the Youtube website if a film titled Innocence of Muslims is not removed from the site. Saudi Arabia has already made a similar threat.

The film has been perceived as anti-Islam in the Muslim world, and has been claimed as the cause for many violent riots and slayings in recent days.
