A number of senior officials of the Palestinian Authority marked Thursday's 19th anniversary of the signing of the Oslo Accords by saying the PA should be released from them, according to the Bethlehem-based Ma'an news agency.
Former PA leadership candidate Mustafa Barghouti told Ma'an that Israel exploited the agreement "to formulate a system of apartheid." He added, "We as Palestinians should liberate ourselves from Oslo's terrible conditions through popular resistance, unity and a national boycott."
