The Heads of the Yesha Council have submitted an urgent letter to the PM, demanding the Minister’s Settlement Committee immediately adopt and implement “all operational recommendations” of the Justice Edmond Levi Commission report determining that there is no 'Occupation' and demanding the legalization of all outposts.
